Eating certain kinds of healthy fats actually may help obese women, even with diabetes trim some body fat, a small study suggests. The study, of 35 older women with Type 2 diabetes, found that supplements containing two types of fats — conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) or safflower oil — led to healthy changes in body composition over four months.

Hot Tea Can Cause Cancer

Tea is a favorite drink a lot of people. Its presence is often accompanied us while eating a heavy meal or snack. But, do not drink while still hot.

A study, published in the British Medical Journal and quoted in March 2009 on Health24 revealed, people who drink tea have a higher risk of throat cancer than those who chose a cold drink.

Esophagus cancer (where the distribution of food and drink from the throat to the stomach or the stomach) have been identified with smoking and drinking alcohol. In fact, hot drinks also have the same risk as a result of damage to the tissue lining the throat.

Experts needs long enough time to learn what the real cause of skin cancer. And now”researchers from the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute”in the United States believe they have found.

Is a DNA virus in 80% tumor cells Merkell – called Merkel Cell Polymavirus (MCV) – the cause. These cells together in the genome of the tumor itself. Experts suspect the virus is deadly because it produces a cancer-causing proteins or beat genes that suppress tumor growth. “The information we obtained may lead to blood tests or vaccines that enhance the handling and helps prevent disease,” he said. Patrick Moore, who with colleagues published the findings in the journal Science.

Smoke Can Kill You

A cigarette contains 4 thousand chemicals are toxic or harmful to the body. Substances that trigger lung cancer, brain, and liver.

Who does not know cigarettes. Historically, tobacco has been smoked by a native American continent is the Maya, Aztecs, and the Indians since 1000 years before Christ. Preventing Breast Cancer With Daily Examination

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. According to Cancer Research UKmore than 45,500 women were diagnosed with it in 2005 and around 300 men are diagnosed each year.

Your breasts continue to change in size and shape throughout your life, particularly around menstruation and the menopause. Regular self-examinations are vital for spotting any abnormal changes yet most of us don’t do them very often and when we do, we aren’t really sure what we’re supposed to be looking for. Breasts often feel lumpy, particularly during menstruation so how do you distinguish between temporary, hormonal lumps and bumps and something more serious?

When To Check Your Breasts

You need to check your breasts from puberty until old age. Experts suggest making a routine of it so it becomes second nature. Dr Miriam Stoppard suggests doing it regularly to get thoroughly acquainted with how your breasts change in appearance and texture throughout your cycle. Once you are familiar check them once a month, after your period to give your hormones time to settle. Hormone changes can make them feel lumpy, tender and sore.
