<p style="text-align: justify">I&#8217;m not a doctor, and I do not have a diploma in health, sports or otherwise, you will study the performance and effects on the body and health. Everything I have is a BA in Political Science, a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science degree regular nerd. But I have an experience of life in the year, because I&#8217;m over thirty years, I consider myself somewhat of an expert.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Over the years I have reported a peculiar habit which is quite uniform, both across the country. That this habit is not because people do not reach an exercise program started.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">failure of the New Year&#8217;s resolution</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">During my years, I belonged to several different health clubs. I have to change health club, because I moved often to different states because of my work. In each individual health center, I noticed the resolution of the same year New failure.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span id="more-753"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">What are the decisions you make in the loss of weight or get fit in them. Health clubs, almost double the attendance in January and February. It is therefore difficult to obtain a machine much less a closet.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">It is very interesting to see the amount of money spent on the costs of fitness, work clothes and MP3 players, the decision only lasts two months or less. In March, health clubs are back at the same level of assistance were in the previous December.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The change of lifestyle not</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Why is this happening? This is due to the absence of a change of lifestyle. For you to <strong><a title="weight loss" href="http://www.fastweightlosstricks.co.cc/">weight loss</a></strong>, get fit and stay fit, you must make a change in lifestyle in an exercise program becomes part of your daily routine.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">How can I be part of the performance of my life</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">I did part of my daily routine by selecting a certain period of time each day to stay away to devote to exercise. I chose a race in the morning before work and after work it would take to the gym and weight lift. It becomes a routine exercise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Now I&#8217;m retired, I still have some time in the morning, I devote to practice in our hostel. So even in retirement, I exercise a part of my daily life.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Everyone that is either already involved in a fitness program or searching for their ideal program needs to consider the main factors that affect physical fitness. This will give the trainee a clear idea of his current condition, how to achieve fitness goals, and the overall meaning of the term &#8220;fit.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Body Type</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The first factor to consider when looking at fitness is body type. Broadly, people fall into three body type categories: ectomorphs, endomorphs, and mesomorphs. Ectomorph refers to those of a lean and slim physique. These bodies tend to be long boned and light weight, leaving them better suited for long-distance events. Being better &#8220;all-rounders,&#8221; endomorphs are inclined to be heavier and stronger, having a rounder appearance than ectomorphs. The third body type is mesomorphs, which consists of those who are powerfully built, with large bones and well-defined muscles. Mesomorphs are great at strength events such as lifting, sprinting, and throwing.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Genetic Makeup</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Most people can maintain a healthy or unhealthy fitness level regardless of their genetic background, however, there are genetic differences that make some people react differently to training than others. Some researchers believe that our genes give our bodies a &#8220;set point,&#8221; which is the weight the body naturally maintains. Each body has different capabilities depending upon genetic makeup, but exercise can be used to overcome areas of weakness.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Age</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Generally, maturing in age has negative effects on fitness level and physical performance because the muscles, ligaments, and tendons shorten, bones become more brittle, joints become worn, and the heart muscle weakens. Exercise is a great way of holding off these problems and potentially reversing them.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Health</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are common reasons not to engage in an exercise program including heart disease, asthma, arthritis, old injuries, and allergies. However, there are programs that can alleviate many of these problems and lead to a more active lifestyle. Depending upon the trainee&#8217;s current health status, some training techniques should be avoided while others should be explored in order to cater to ailments and boundaries.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lifestyle</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Finally, lifestyle preferences should be considered when looking at a person&#8217;s total fitness. This can be considered the most important factor and consists of the nutritional and physical choices made daily. Smoking, drinking alcohol, eating nutritionally poor foods, and denying the body regular exercise can lead to a malfunctioning body. In order to reverse previous damage and enhance current fitness levels, a healthy lifestyle that includes activity and a nutritious diet should be maintained.</p>
