Statistics show young people spend almost 30 hours a week watching television, junk food and fat. In terms of exercise, there is very little activity in adolescents. There are so many people who do not engage in physical activity, it is likely that it is no wonder that obesity is rising. Many young people can not even get rid of PE at school later in their school life. It is therefore important that the importance of the condition of youth in an attractive way to score.

Physical fitness is an essential component because it strengthens the body against diseases, stronger muscles and pump blood to the heart the most. It also prevents fatigue and adolescents should be more agile. Most young people have no physical activity, which has great influence on metabolism. If you put all day long it is likely that you will spend time watching television, playing and eating. This leads to obesity and once the body becomes bigger, they become dependent on this and can affect school performance and life, and general fitness. More are still to develop young people with heavy bodies tend to diabetes, heart problems and arthritis.
