Drink To Your Heart’s and Lung’s

lung_heartSome people are aware that one or two glasses of red wine a day can help keep the heart healthy. Among the many positive side effects of red wine is its ability to promote good heart condition, provided the person does not consume too much. It has been scientifically tested and is often considered a good way to avoid heartburn, although this may not be entirely accurate. As if people needed more reasons to indulge in a glass of Merlrot, recent research shows that red wine is also good for the respiratory system. Interestingly, the positive impact of red wine consumption have been recorded, even among people who smoke.

According to the study, two glasses or less alcoholic substance, including wine or beer, actually helped to clear the airways in the body. They also had a significant effect in helping prevent diseases such as asthma and bronchitis. Research has noted that while there were positive effects for greater daily amount of alcohol, they were reduced compared with test data to two drinks. At some point, the data also showed that the positive side effects actually stopped and more negative effects on the airways and lungs have begun to appear. It is currently unknown what exactly this effect to occur, but there are some who believe somehow the alcohol aids in breaking substances that can clog the airways.
